Printing Methods

Different products will have different kind of printing and one single product also can have multiple type of printing. It’s very important to learn the different methods of printing, so that you can choose and decide the best one for your product.

  • Digital printing on Gold / Silver Foil sheet


The printing will be done on Gold / Silver foil sheet and the same will be laminated. It is a thick paper sheet but looks like a metallic sheet. The printing will never go off since it is coated with a plastic sheet on top.

This is the most economical way of printing on trophies, awards and medals. The best thing is that it can have all the colours since it’s digitally printed.

Pricing: We offer free one side printing on Trophies & Awards and both side printing on Medals. For extra plates, it will cost between Rs 20 – Rs 80 depending on the size of the printing area.

  • Digital Printing on Metal Plate


The printing will be done on Gold / Silver / White colour Metal sheets. Any kind of colour can be done since it will be digitally printed. The printing is permanent and will never go off and since the sheet is made up of metal, the durability is very high.

Pricing: The cost of the printing will vary from Rs 30 – Rs 250 depending on the size of the printing area.

  • Screen Printing



The artwork is screen printed onto the product using PVC or Rubberized inks. We use only premium inks for best quality and long life of the print.

This technique of customization is done on Trophies like Wooden Trophies, Acrylic Trophies, Crystal Trophies, Corporate Gifts like Tshirts, Sweat shirts, Bottles, Pens, Visiting Card Holders, Bags, Caps, Jackets, etc.

Colours: Multi-colour printing is possible for colour separable artworks. No part of the artwork can have gradients, textures or graphic colour overlaps.

File Needed: Vector format - CDR, EPS, AI, etc

Pricing: It will cost from Rs 10 – Rs 500 per pc depending upon the quantity of the same contents that needs to be printed and how many colours are involved and what is the size of the printing area.

  • Laser Engraving


The engraving is done via the laser machine directly onto the products. It’s basically scratching off the first layer from the product.
Products: Acrylic, Wooden, Glass, Crystal, Metal (Few), Laser Sheets – Trophies and Corporate gifts made up of these products can have the engraving on them

Colours: Colours will not be possible in this kind of personalisation. On Acrylic and Crystal – the engraving will look white and on wooden & Metal, it will take the colour of the surface.

On wooden products, the engraving can be done and can be filled in golden colour too.

File Needed: Vector format - CDR, EPS, AI, etc

Pricing: It will cost from Rs 50 – Rs 200 depending upon the printing area and the material of the product.

  • 3D Engraving on Crystal


The engraving is done via the 3d laser machine directly onto the products.

Products: Crystal Products like Trophies, Paper Weight & Keychains, etc.

Colours: It can be done only on transparent crystals and will look like white

File Needed: Vector format – 3d Max file

Pricing: It will cost from Rs 300 – Rs 500 depending upon the engraving area

  • Embroidery


It is a technique where the logo or artwork is stitched onto a fabric in necessary patterns to replicate the desired logo / text.

Products: T-shirts, Bags, Caps, Sweat Shirts, Jackets, etc.

Colours: Multi-colour printing is possible for colour separable artworks. No part of the artwork can have gradients, textures or graphic colour overlaps.

File Needed: Any Good resolution image

Pricing: It will cost from Rs 25 – Rs 75 depending upon the size of the embroidered area

  • Etching


It is a technique where the artwork is created on a metal plate by using chemicals. The metal will go down as per the impression of the artwork and then the logo / artwork looks directly carved on the metal. It can be filled with colours too.

Products: Custom Medals, Badges, Metal plates used on Trophies, Plaques and some Gift Items

Colours: Multi-colour printing is possible for colour separable artworks. No part of the artwork can have gradients, textures or graphic colour overlaps.

File Needed: Vector File – cdr, Illustrator, EPS, etc.

Pricing: It will cost from Rs 100 - N depending upon the size of the area to be etched and the amount of metal used.

  • Embossing


It is done via creating a die.

Products: Custom Medals, Badges

Colours: Colours are not possible – ideally the plating is done on the medal as Gold, Silver or Bronze.

File Needed: Vector File – cdr, Illustrator, EPS, etc.

Pricing: It is an expensive process and involves die making. The die charges will be separate and the cost of the product will be separate.

  • UV printing


This printing is done via a machine. It’s like digital printing directly on the product. It is possible to do printing only on an absolute flat surface.

Products: Any product which is completely flat apart from cloth fabric.

Colours: any kind of colour is possible

File Needed: Vector File – cdr, Illustrator, EPS, etc.

Pricing: It will cost from Rs 50 – Rs 300 depending upon the size of the area to be printed and the total quantity.
